The Viking Vision Improves over the Aviemore with a bigger battery for up to 30 miles+ range on a single charge. Featuring a traditional Steel low step frame the 26" wheeled Vision is Perfect for both Men & Women the low step unisex design is a breeze to get on and off, and it has a quality well-padded saddle and comfortable upright riding position. The bike is supplied fully equipped with mudguards, a rear pannier rack, LED lights and a prop stand.

Charge time for the large 10.4AH lithium battery is 4 to 6 hours so it is easy to top up during the day in the office or overnight at home.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the next working day which will contain your tracking information.

Damages

We strongly advise that you inspect all items upon delivery and decline the delivery if your item is damaged. If your item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@esenelectric.com. Once we have received clear evidence, we will start a claim on your behalf.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please call or email as soon as possible. Please ensure that your order number and contact information are clearly stated. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to additional fees as your order may have already been shipped.

Returns

Esen Electric offers a 14 - day returns policy on all products. Products must be returned in the same condition with all original packaging and parts. Any signs of wear and use may result in your refund being declined. Collection of your order is free of charge within the 14 - day period.

Refunds

Please note that we can only validate refunds within the 14 - day return period, and on the original payment method used to buy your item. Your refund may take up to 21 working days to reach your account. You will be notified by us when the refund has been completed. Is my eBike delivered fully assembled?

The majority of our electric bikes will arrive to you 90% assembled. You will be required to manually adjust parts such as the handlebars, pedals and saddles. It is a simple process that will not require much effort or time.

Can my eBike be used as a normal bike?

Yes, it can be. Disable assistance on your eBike, and you will have a fully functioning pedal bike.

Can my electric vehicle be left to charge overnight?

Our eBikes and eScooters have an automatic cut off installed into the battery. The battery will turn off when it reaches full charge automatically.
We advise charging your battery regularly to keep everything running smoothly.

Can my eBike get wet?

The battery of an electric bike is safely concealed within a waterproof casing. Treat your eBike like a standard bike in bad weather.
