Like a regular bike, electric bike servicing is important to maintain performance and prevent issues that can occur in e-bikes after constant use. In addition, a serviced bike is highly likely to save you money in the long term, as it helps reduce the chance of significant repair jobs.

We advise arranging a 30-day first service after your purchase. A licensed professional will be able to examine your e-Bike and explain how to use the e-Bike in the most efficient way possible. Furthermore, helpful tips will be provided, and any potential questions you have will be answered.

After your 30-day first service, it is recommended for an e-bike to be serviced every 1000km or 600 miles. Maintenance checks on the brakes, chain and tyres should be applied throughout the lifespan of your electric bike.
