One-piece TIG welded frameset, Aircraft grade Chromoly 4130, forged rear dropouts, fully sealed 6061 T6 aluminium battery casing, powder coated paint finish, design patented.
MAPLE 7 PLY BOARD
The 8TEV Board uses a high strength maple ply that features a carbon layer to reinforce the top layer, reducing the wear & tear, keeping resonance & road buzz from the rider's feet. Space for 2 feet to sit side by side on the board.
3 Spoke Magnesium Alloy Cast Wheel, Japanese sealed bearings The front wheel is produced using a high-pressure injection moulding process, using a Magnesium alloy this method of manufacture guarantees high strength to weight ratio with a high-quality surface finish.

Can I ride my electric scooter in all weathers?
The batteries are housed underneath the e-scooter. Although they are covered, we recommend you avoid standing water or conditions where the electrical components could be damaged.
Will my electric scooter be delivered fully assembled?
To make transport and packaging easier you simply need to attach the handlebars on most of our products. They all come folded in half, so it takes around 5 minutes to assemble, and no tools are required. This is very easy, and instructions are provided. A full recharge is also recommended before you first use the e-scooter.
What are the current laws in the UK regarding the use of electric scooters?
Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate your e-scooter within all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Esen Electric and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
How long will my electric scooter take to charge?
In general, it can be anywhere between 4-6 hours for smaller scooters. Performance scooters may require up to 10 hours. We suggest charging it over-night to make sure it’s ready for you to use by the morning.
A 2-year warranty is included with all 8TEV electric scooters.
What Parts Are Covered?
Parts that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty include the frame, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery and charger.
Please be aware that your warranty is only valid subject to correct care, maintenance, and the reasonable use of your eScooter.
Items like tyres, inner tubes, chains, chain wheels, sprockets, brake pads, bearings, spokes, handlebar grips or cables are consumables. These parts can be replaced for a fee but are not part of our manufacturer's warranty policies.
Any aesthetic damage such as corrosion, paint cracks, chips, and water damage.
The results of fatigue and any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, abuse or theft.
Failure or damage due to poor care, maintenance or modification.
Incorrectly following product manual guidelines.
Damage resulting from extreme use.
Your warranty will be rejected if there is evidence of an attempt to open the battery case.

Your card will be charged once the order has been placed. If you would like to pre-order an item we will charge your card to reserve your order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the next working day which will contain your tracking information.
For any additional queries about your order, please call us and we will resolve it for you.
We strongly advise that you inspect all items upon delivery and decline the delivery if your item is damaged. If your item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received clear evidence, we will start a claim on your behalf.
If you would like to cancel your order please call or email as soon as possible. Please ensure that your order number and contact information are clearly stated. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to additional fees as your order may have already been shipped.
Esen Electric offers a 14 - day returns policy on all products. Products must be returned in the same condition with all original packaging and parts. Any signs of wear and use may result in your refund being declined. Collection of your order is free of charge within the 14 - day period.
