Do I need a driving licence to ride an e-bike on the road?
If you’re over 14 in England, Scotland and Wales, you are legally allowed to ride an electric bike on the road without a licence. You will not have to pay any form of tax and personal insurance is optional.
Is the Avaris e-bike fully assembled?
All Avaris models will arrive to you 90% assembled. You will be required to manually adjust parts such as the handlebars, pedals and saddles. It is a simple process that will not require much effort or time.
Can this e-bike be used as a normal bike?
Yes, it can be. Disable assistance on your e-bike, and you will have a fully functioning pedal bike.
Can my Avaris get wet?
The battery of the Avaris models is safely concealed within a waterproof casing and integrated with the frame of the bike. Treat your Avaris e-bike like a standard bike in bad weather.

This warranty does not apply in any case to damage or defects derived from negligent use of the bicycle, the mounting of other non-original accessories not supplied or mounted by the factory, or any inappropriate manipulation or maintenance operations by the user or by any third party on their behalf.
Damage from causes other than defects in material. For instance, if damage is caused by crashing your bike, it won’t be covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear. Components may show signs of wear and tear in less than two years depending on amount of use, type of use and other conditions. Some components can be expected to reach the end of their normal lifespan within this time.
Damage to products improperly installed or repaired.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the next working day which will contain your tracking information.

Damages
We strongly advise that you inspect all items upon delivery and decline the delivery if your item is damaged. If your item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@esenelectric.com. Once we have received clear evidence, we will start a claim on your behalf.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please call or email as soon as possible. Please ensure that your order number and contact information are clearly stated. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to additional fees as your order may have already been shipped.
Returns
Esen Electric offers a 14 - day returns policy on all products. Products must be returned in the same condition with all original packaging and parts. Any signs of wear and use may result in your refund being declined. Collection of your order is free of charge within the 14 - day period.

Wow . Really enjoyed riding the Avaris road bike . I ride a Trek Emonda SLR7 for competition in triathlon but I wanted to try the E bike for recovery and fun and it was great . It looks the part - really stylish - it feels great - big climbs are fun . It’s great to have the choice to make a ride as hard or as easy as you want it to be regardless off the gradients.

The Avaris Roadrunner is an attractive looking bike and not obviously an E bike. I found it a very comfortable responsive ride with powerful disc brakes. The Avaris has an excellent assistive range with 9 levels of assistance providing minimal assistance right up to a high level of assistance making it a pleasure to ride over any terrain.
The bike control panel is easy to read and provides all the relevant information and ride statistics.
The battery is easy to remove and recharge with the supplied charger.
Overall throughly enjoyed my weeks trail on the bike coving over 50 miles
