Your card will be charged once the order has been placed. If you would like to pre-order an item we will charge your card to reserve your order. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email the next working day which will contain your tracking information. 

For any additional queries about your order, please call us and we will resolve it for you.

Damages

We strongly advise that you inspect all items upon delivery and decline the delivery if your item is damaged. If your item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@esenelectric.com. Once we have received clear evidence, we will start a claim on your behalf.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please call or email as soon as possible. Please ensure that your order number and contact information are clearly stated. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to additional fees as your order may have already been shipped.

Returns

Esen Electric offers a 14 - day returns policy on all products. Products must be returned in the same condition with all original packaging and parts. Any signs of wear and use may result in your refund being declined. Collection of your order is free of charge within the 14 - day period.

Refunds

Please note that we can only validate refunds within the 14 - day return period, and on the original payment method used to buy your item. Your refund may take up to 21 working days to reach your account. You will be notified by us when the refund has been completed. If you have any questions about this process please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ecologi

We have partnered with the UK-based organisation Ecologi, a group of passionate individuals who contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions globally.

How Does it Work?

Ecologi plants a tree for every purchase made on our website. By purchasing with us, not only are you contributing to the well-being of our planet, but you are also planting the seeds for future generations.

Founded in 2018 in Bristol, Ecologi is on track to reduce half of the world's emissions by 2040. This fantastic organisation inspires businesses and individuals to tackle the pressing issue of climate change.

*Bikes with specifications over 250W & 15.5mph (25kph) are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads in the UK. These are not classed as e-bikes (EAPC's) and is illegal under current UK regulations.

It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that you operate within all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric vehicle products and holds Esen Electric and its owners free from any liability

You can ride an electric bike if you’re 14 or over, as long as it meets certain requirements.

These electric bikes are known as ‘electrically assisted pedal cycles’ (EAPCs). You do not need a licence to ride one and it does not need to be registered, taxed or insured.

What counts as an EAPC?

An EAPC must have pedals that can be used to propel it.

It must show either:

• the power output
• the manufacturer of the motor

It must also show either:

• the battery’s voltage
• the maximum speed of the bike

Its electric motor:

• must have a maximum power output of 250 watts
• should not be able to propel the bike when it’s travelling more than 15.5mph

An EAPC can have more than 2 wheels (for example, a tricycle).

Where you can ride?

If a bike meets the EAPC requirements it’s classed as a normal pedal bike. This means you can ride it on cycle paths and anywhere else pedal bikes are allowed.

Other kinds of electric bike

Any electric bike that does not meet the EAPC rules is classed as a motorcycle or moped and needs to be registered and taxed. You’ll need a driving licence to ride one and you must wear a crash helmet.
